Thank you for shopping with Eden's Babyland. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $35
- Standard shipping on orders under $35: $4.99
Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.
Shipping Locations We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your order date please contact us at support@edensbabyland.com and we will resolve it immediately.
Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement at no cost.
